About Us

E.F.S.A. Company was created in 2007 as a spin-off from a multinational company specialized in recruitment, selection and staff training.

Thanks to the experience gained in these past years, we have decided to dedicate ourselves in providing language courses in class and online to groups of people and private individuals as well.

Furthermore E.F.S.A. Company takes care of the recruitment, selection and training of commercial agents specialized in selling products and services to companies.

In May 2020, due to the Covid-19 emergency, we have also developed and released an innovative home-fitness app (www.sim-swim.com) available on all the major app stores.

METHODOLOGY BLENDED

E.F.S.A. Company utilizes for its language courses a blended methodology, using work experience and teaching materials from the leading company in English-education: Pearson Plc.

The courses are fully personalized. We provide our clients with an oral test to evaluate their language skills and also to have a starting point for their language course. The course can be modified depending on the clients work and personal objectives.

FUNCTIONAL LESSON

Thanks to this methodology we are able to provide group classes with an engaging and functional lesson, getting everyone involved and speaking. This method is able to give everyone the chance to participate in the lessons without leaving anyone behind.
Every course will be taught in a class face to face with a teacher or online depending on the clients’ needs. The scheduling of the lessons will be agreed upon between the student and the consultant. In addition, we also offer the Pearson Plc online platform that is available for the client 24/7.

SPEAK-OUT MARKET-LEADER

The courses offered will include general and business English using the “Speak-out” and “Market Leader” methods and materials. We also offer courses in French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese for general or business purposes.

The purchased hours/course will be fully provided to the client even in the case of a course interruption, due to working or personal reasons.
